摘要 <p>The method for aligning a beam axis (2) of a laser head (3) using a device (1) comprising an inlet (8) for the laser head, a position unit comprising a positioning device (4) for aligning the beam axis and an adjusting lever (7), comprises introducing the laser head into the inlet, determining actual/target deviations of the beam axis of the laser head, determining position movements necessary to reduce the deviation, and aligning the beam axis by driving the positioning device to produce position movements and translating the position movements. The method for aligning a beam axis (2) of a laser head (3) using a device (1) comprising an inlet (8) for the laser head, a position unit comprising a positioning device (4) for aligning the beam axis and an adjusting lever (7), comprises introducing the laser head into the inlet, determining actual/target deviations of the beam axis of the laser head, determining position movements necessary to reduce the deviation, and aligning the beam axis by driving the positioning device to produce position movements and translating the position movements over two arms of the adjusting lever on the laser head arranged in the inlet. The elongated extension is divided by a solid joint in two functional arms. The inlet and the positioning device are arranged on the opposite arms of the adjusting lever. The position unit has a position axis, which is different from the beam axis. The actual/target determination comprises introducing a workable laser material and an optical measuring device in a working plane lying perpendicular to the beam axis of the laser head, controlling the laser head to yield a signal and mark in an intersection of the beam axis and the working plane on the workable laser material and the optical measuring device of the actual position of the intersection respectively, determining actual position of the mark, and determining the deviation of the actual position of a target position. The deviation of the actual position of the target position is smaller than a predetermined limit, where all steps are performed often in succession so that the limit is reached or exceeded. The determination of the position movement is performed to reduce the deviation and/or driving the positioning device and/or determining the actual/target deviations. The alignment of the beam axis occurs: before and/or after the installation of the laser head in a production plant and/or during the operation of the production plant; and during the consecutive transport of the workable laser material and the mark is linear. Independent claims are included for: (1) a device for aligning the beam axis of the laser head; and (2) a multi-laser block for the production plant for creation of selective emitter tracks on solar cells.</p>
