<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power unit which prevents displacement of a core and raises durability under high temperature environment at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The power unit comprises: an EI type core 23 which constitutes a closed magnetic circuit by butting an E type core 5 and an I type core 6; and a printed circuit board 4 which has a first insertion hole 4c into which a central leg 5b of the E type core 5 is inserted, etc., and in which a spiral primary coil and a secondary coil are formed in the surroundings of the first insertion hole 4c. A transformer for power conversion is constituted of the EI type core 23, the primary coil and the secondary coil of the printed circuit board 4. A fixing spring 7 which holds the EI type core 23 is a wire spring formed by bending a wire rod of an elastic body and constituted of linear holding parts 7a which are separately engaged into the respective grooves 5a and 6a formed along the width direction of the EI type core 23 at each of center parts on the opposite side of the side of the mutual butted surfaces in each of the E type core 5 and the I type core 6, and a connection part 7b which separately connects one ends with the other ends of the holding parts 7a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
