<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pure water producing system capable of performing high-precision flow rate control and monitoring the state of operations of a reverse osmosis membrane device and an electric deionizing device with a small number of components. <P>SOLUTION: The pure water producing system provided with a raw water tank 3, a pump 4, the reverse osmosis membrane device 5, the electric deionizing device 6 and a treated water tank 7, on a feed water line 2, includes a control means 17 which controls rotation number of the pump 4 based on the detection signal of a flow rate sensor 11 such that the flow rate of treated water becomes a set value, calculates and monitors permeation flux of the reverse osmosis membrane device 5 based on detection signals of a first pressure sensor 8, a second pressure sensor 9, a water temperature sensor 12 and the flow rate sensor 11 and calculates and monitors the differential pressure of the electric deionizing device 6 based on detection signals of the second pressure sensor 9 and a third pressure sensor 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
