<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy sheet for a tab, moldable into the tab generating hardly tearing and cracking at the time of opening, even when wall thickness is made thin, and a manufacturing method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: This aluminum alloy sheet for the tab is an aluminum alloy sheet manufactured by melting an aluminum alloy containing 4.0 to 5.5 mass% of Mg, 0.02 to 0.10 mass% of Cu, 0.15 to 0.34 mass% of Fe, 0.05 to 0.18 mass% of Si, Mn regulated less than 0.20 mass%, and the remainder comprising Al and an inevitable impurity, and satisfying [Fe]+1.07×[Mn]≤0.42 where respective contents (mass%) of Fe and Mn are expressed by [Fe] and [Mn], and casting it to be formed into an ingot, and by homogenizing and hot-rolling the ingot, followed to be cold-rolled at a rolling temperature 110-170°C by a tandem rolling machine, without being annealed. The aluminum alloy sheet heat-treated at 250°C has 280-340 MPa of 0.2% proof stress, 7% or more of elongation, and total elongation of 2% or more at the time of fracture by a tensile test after bent back. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
