<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make tracking and inhibition of prohibited printing possible, even for a document image with a background tint pattern. <P>SOLUTION: A image forming apparatus includes an image data acquisition section 71 to read a document image and acquire an image data; a background tint pattern determination section 73 to determine if there is a background tint pattern which appears from the image data when copying; a tracking information storage section 76 to store tracking information including origin of the copied image; an image reduction section 75 to partly eliminate the background tint pattern from the image data when the background tint pattern determination section 73 determines there is the background tint pattern; an image composition section 79 to create a composite image data by adding the tracking information on the image data after the elimination by the image reduction section 75, and an image forming section 41 to create a copied image of the composite image data onto a sheet and printout it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
