PURPOSE: A producing method of scorched rice using purple sweet potato powder and black bean powder is provided to mix the purple sweet potato powder and the black bean powder with rice before steaming. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of scorched rice using purple sweet potato powder and black bean powder comprises the following steps: washing rice, dipping in water for 20 minutes, and removing the moisture from the rice; washing purple sweet potato, and crushing to obtain the purple sweet potato powder; washing black beans, and crushing to obtain the black bean powder; mixing 85-95wt% of rice, 5-10wt% of purple sweet potato powder, and 1-2wt% of black bean powder; steaming the mixture; and thinly spreading the cooked mixture on a heating plate, and heating to obtain the scorched rice.
