Disclosed are a manufacturing device and a manufacturing system for continuously manufacturing a reactive hot melt composition or a thermoplastic polymer for use in a hot melt composition. Specifically disclosed are a manufacturing/coating device, a system for said device, and a polymer manufacturing method using said device which can ensure the quality of a manufactured product by carrying out quality inspection on the manufactured product on-line when continuously manufacturing the thermoplastic polymer for use in a hot melt composition. The device and system are equipped with: (1) a separate storage container for each of a first agent and a second agent which are the raw materials for forming the polymer; (2) two precise constant delivery instruments for supplying the first agent and the second agent to a mixer at a constant ratio; (3) a switching valve; (4) a mixer which can have a heating unit, and which is for mixing the raw materials and forming the polymer; (6) an outlet unit which has a heating unit; and (A) a means for verifying the formation of the polymer and/or the polymer coating.
