PURPOSE: An aronia melanocarpa tea bag composition and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the excellent antioxidant effect of aronia melanocarpa to users. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of an aronia melanocarpa tea bag composition comprises the following steps: harvesting aronia melanocarpa in August to September; washing the aronia melanocarpa using disinfecting water containing 50-300ppm of sodium hypochlorite; drying the washed aronia melanocarpa using a drier at 80-90 deg C for 2-4 hours; crushing the dried aronia melanocarpa into the size of 0.1-100 meshes; withering the crushed aronia melanocarpa at 150-250 deg C for 5-20 minutes in a caldron; adding brown rice, malt, and citric acid into the withered aronia melanocarpa, and cooling the mixture at room temperature for 2-4 days; and packing the cooled mixture using tea bag packing paper.
