PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filtration apparatus stably and efficiently filtering a liquid medium.SOLUTION: The filtration apparatus 1 includes: a stock solution tank 2; first conduits 18 and 19; a first filtration unit 17 of a cross-flow filtration method; a second filtration unit 46 of a dead-end filtration method; and a second conduit 21 for connecting the first filtration unit 17 and the second filtration unit 46. The filtration apparatus includes: a storage tank 4 provided in the middle of the second conduit 21 and storing the liquid medium filtrated by the first filtration unit 17; a pressure adjuster 42 provided at the storage tank 4 and adjusting the pressure in the storage tank 4; and a pump 47 provided between the storage tank 4 in the second conduit 21 and the second filtration unit 46 and supplying the liquid medium stored in the storage tank 4 to the second filtration unit 46. When a predetermined amount of liquid medium is stored in the stored tank 4, the pump 47 is intermittently driven and the filtration is performed by the second filtration unit 46. |
