PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an authentication device, etc. for personal authentication using a cellular phone, suitable for surely transmitting data to be used for authentication to a terminal in which a user receives personal authentication in a system for collating authentication data on the terminal side.SOLUTION: An exclusive telephone number (incoming side telephone number) is assigned to each authentication terminal for collating authentication data to be used for authentication for personal authentication and a user is made to call the telephone number assigned to the authentication terminal for receiving personal authentication from a user's cellular phone. An authentication center server receiving the call specifies the authentication terminal from the incoming side telephone number (transmission destination telephone number transmitted from the user) and transmits authentication data to the specified authentication terminal, so that the authentication data to be used for authentication can be surely transmitted to the authentication terminal in which the user receives personal authentication.
