PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working procedure for efficiently generating a plurality of workpieces in parallel.SOLUTION: An apparatus for proposing a working procedure includes: a memory which retains the minimum value and the maximum value of a leavable time for each of a plurality of working steps arranged in order for generation of workpieces; a calculation unit which, when the plurality of workpieces are generated in parallel, determines permutations including all the working steps of the plurality of workpieces such that a working step in which for the working steps of the same workpiece, the maximum value of the leavable time of the N-th working step in a permutation for generating the plurality of workpieces in parallel while maintaining the order of the working step of generating the workpiece is equal to or longer than a period of time from the end of the N-th working step to the start of the working step that is the next working step in a procedure for making the same workpiece, and which determines standby time from the end of the N-th working step to the start of the N+1-th working step; and an output unit which outputs the permutation with the smallest total of standby times of the working steps from among the permutations calculated. |
