PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve light extraction efficiency, to reduce a drive voltage, and to equalize light emission in a light emitting element where an electrode is formed of a transparent conductive film.SOLUTION: A first intermediate electrode 30 is composed of a plurality of electrodes connected to each of a plurality of electrode forming portions formed in a plurality of points on a surface of a first semiconductor layer 104. A second intermediate electrode 40 is composed of a plurality of electrodes connected the plurality of points of a transparent conductive film 10. A plurality of the first intermediate electrodes 30 are connected by a first electrode 60, and a plurality of the second intermediate electrodes 40 are connected by a second electrode 70. The transparent conductive film 10 is formed thinner in a region A where a distance between the first intermediate electrode and the second intermediate electrode is the shortest compared to the other region. |
