In the electrically safe LED lamp (20) according to the invention, wiring (11, 12, 13, 4, 15) in accordance with that of a fluorescent lamp and ballast (4) are utilized. In the LED lamp (20), the starter of a fluorescent lamp is replaced by a connection element (22). The connection element (22) can comprise a connector, fuse, or conductor. To the LED tube (21) used in a LED lamp (20) the power supply voltage of the LEDs (21c) is fed from the first end of the LED tube (21). The contact pins (21a1, 21a2) at the second end of the LED tube have been electrically shorted (213) within the LED tube (21). With this connection, the second voltage arm received from the means for feed (10) is led via the ballast (4) and the connection element (22) to the holder (3b) at the first end of the LED lamp (20). The second voltage arm (15) has been connected directly from the means for voltage feed (10) to the holder (3b) at the first end of the LED lamp. In the lamp (20) according to the invention, also fluorescent tubes can still be utilized, when the connection element (22) is replaced by a starter suited for a fluorescent lamp. |
