THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION AND MOLDED ARTICLE OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-specific gravity styrenic thermoplastic resin composition having properties resembling artificial marbles and having an excellent balance between impact resistance and moldability.SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition contains 20 to 150 pts.wt. of a high-specific gravity inorganic filler (C) having a specific gravity of ≥3 with respect to 100 pts.wt. of a resin composed of a rubber-reinforced thermoplastic resin (A) containing at least a rubbery polymer (I) and a polycarbonate resin (B), wherein the thermoplastic resin composition has a specific gravity of ≥1.3, and the proportion of the rubbery polymer (I) contained in 100 wt.% of the resin composed of the rubber-reinforced thermoplastic resin (A) and the polycarbonate resin (B) is in the range of 10 to 40 wt.%.
