PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot melt adhesive composition which is excellent in heat resistant creep and adhesion between a housing and a lens when an automobile head lamp is lit for a long time, and is improved in waterproof and gas-proof.SOLUTION: The hot melt adhesive composition comprises 9.9-18.5 wt.% of a butyl rubber, 9.9-18.5 wt.% of an ethylene propylene rubber, 6.6-12.4 wt.% of a styrene block copolymer containing an SIS rubber, 5.3-9.9 wt.% of amorphous poly-alpha-olefins (APAO), 27-49 wt.% of a stick-furnishing resin which contains an aliphatic petroleum resin, a rosin ester, and a terpene resin, 6.6-12.4 wt.% of a plasticizer containing polyisobutylene, 0.5-7 wt.% of maleic anhydride-polypropylene, 0.5-2 wt.% of a phenol antioxidant, and 0.1-0.7 wt.% of an UV stabilizer. |
