PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress cost necessary for a changeover of a remote monitoring controller, and facilitate operation even in a changeover period.SOLUTION: A newly provided remote monitoring controller is set to an existing remote monitoring controller such that they include the same transmission system, the same electric station address, and the same control position. Also, a direct control panel capable of simultaneously performing an exchange with the two series of remote monitoring controllers is newly provided. A changeover switch changing over the remote monitoring controller connected with a centralized monitoring controller via a network is provided, and the existing and newly provided remote monitoring controllers connected to the centralized monitoring controller via the network are changed over by the changeover switch when performing and not performing operation confirmation of the newly provided remote monitoring controller. |
