The process involves mixing a filling product with components at equivalent extracellular matrix ratio to prepare in-vitro dermis, where the components of the extracellular matrix are different from the filling product. Physical, chemical or biological parameters of the in-vitro dermis or in-vitro skin are measured, where the in-vitro dermis includes collagen and living fibroblasts. The in-vitro skin containing the in-vitro dermis is obtained. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) in-vitro skin (2) a method for forming an in-vitro skin.
