The device (1) has a flap (3) glued against a surface of a rectangular shaped central plane part (2) of the device opposite to a surface of an information medium. A fold (5) is provided between the plane part and the flap. A foot (11) is offset with respect to a lower end of the plane part, where the foot is perpendicular to the flap. Another fold (13) is provided between the foot and the flap, where the latter fold is opposite to the former fold. The plane part, the flap, the foot and the folds are provided as a single part.
