PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical connector of which operation of connection to a substrate becomes convenient. SOLUTION: In the electrical connector to include: the substrate in which a plurality of conductive pads are arranged; a plurality of conductive terminals connected to the conductive pads of the substrate; and a switch member mounted on the substrate. The switching member includes: a switch terminal connected to the conductive pads of the substrate; and an insulating body in which the switch terminal is held and which has a flat face in parallel with the substrate.
