A method for implementation of drill-blast works at driving of blind ascending workings includes drilling from horizontal working from beneath upwards within the boundaries of cross section of designed contour of the blind ascending working being driven sets of cut and contouring wells with same diameters d to its whole height H, of those three cut wells are arranged in parallel in one main row with the central one placed at the center of the row and at the center of the blind ascending working being driven as well, and the side ones from it, and the contouring wells are placed in line of designed contour of the working with formation in the cut wells of explosive charge and in the contour ones – to the whole height with following one-step blasting those with delay.
