The disclosed cable having a terminal fitting is provided with: a cable (10) in which a metal core wire (11) is covered with an insulating coating (13); a terminal fitting (20) which is made from a different metal to the core wire (11), and is provided with a cable connection section (25) connected to the same core wire (11); a cap (30) which is made from a metal having an ionisation tendency close to the terminal fitting (20), is fitted from the end of the core wire (11) exposed by the stripping of the insulating coating (13) from the cable (10) to the end of the remaining insulating coating (13), and is crimped by the cable connection section (25) of the terminal fitting (20); and a seal body (40) which seals the insulating coating (13) and the cap (30) fitted to the cable (10).
