PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prestressed concrete well capable of efficiently constructing a high quality bridge, and also provide a method of constructing a bridge. SOLUTION: This prestressed concrete well includes a cylindrical prestressed concrete well body 21 and a plurality of fixing parts 10 which project from the prestressed concrete well body 21 inward and to which a pier 3 can be attached. The plurality of fixing parts 10 correspond to prestressed concrete wells 20b arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the prestressed concrete well body 21.
