摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zirconium based alloy simultaneously satisfying both of corrosion resistance and hydrogen absorbing resistance, and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: When the mass percent concentration of niobium is denoted as C<SB>Nb</SB>, the mass percent concentration of iron is denoted as C<SB>Fe</SB>and the mass percent concentration of lanthanum is denoted, by mass, as C<SB>La</SB>, 0.9(%)≤C<SB>Nb</SB>≤1.0(%), 0.06(%)≤C<SB>Fe</SB>≤0.11(%) and 0.10(%)≤C<SB>La</SB>≤0.30(%) are satisfied.
