PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellular phone which is light weight, compact, and easily carried, moreover, does not almost require preparation works, and allows a remote operation of a measuring device to be easily performed, to provide a program for the cellular phone, and to provide a recording medium of the program for the cellular phone. SOLUTION: The cellular phone 1 includes: a CPU 2; a memory 3; an antenna 5 with a built-in communication control section 4; and a display 6. An instruction transmitting section 21 of the CPU 2 transmits an initialization instruction, a measurement start instruction and a stop instruction, to an OTDR 100, and a measurement condition transmitting section 22 transmits measurement conditions to the OTDR 100. In addition, a measurement data request section 23 requests waveform data D2 at the end of a measurement work of the OTDR 100. Then, a data calculation processing section 24 converts all the pieces of waveform data D2 into waveform data D3 and text data T and causes the display 6 to display the converted data.
