PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an error overlooking rate (probability of determining noise as presence of a signal) in case of receiving a noise in the state of non-signal by increasing the frequency of code determination with oversampling to a symbol period in sampling of an detection output in a receiver of a track circuit. SOLUTION: A bit judgment section 234 obtains a demodulation code sampled with a period of 1/n (integer) of the symbol period. An authorization code memory section 236 memorizes n-times-length code obtained by repeating each bit of sending-out code used for modulation at transmitter side n times as an authorization code. An authorization section 235 determines whether the demodulation code matches the authorization code.
