The strip (1) has a flexible textile body (2) including a longitudinal part (2A) and another longitudinal part (2B). The former part is attached to threading pieces (10). The threading pieces mechanically cooperate with the latter part, after crossing a portion of the former part through a soft tissue (T) and engaged with a bone (B), during passage in a bone tunnel (B1) formed in the bone so as to maintain a loop formed by the body subjected to tensile stress, and encircling a portion of the tissue and a portion of the bone for retaining the tissue from the bone.
