<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a SaaS (Software as a Service) general accounting system that automatically inputs and journalizes an information group of a great variety of daily economic transactions. <P>SOLUTION: The SaaS general accounting system includes: a means acquiring data of an enterprise from each enterprise system including each system of a financial institution/electronic money/credit/vendor via a network; a means automatically determining a journalization pattern of a transaction in the data, based on collation between statement information in the acquired data and matching information for journalization; a means automatically journalizing the transaction based on the determined journalization pattern when the automatic determination is successful, and automatically journalizing the transaction based on user input data input on a journalization information input screen when the automatic determination is unsuccessful; and a means automatically and additionally setting the user input data input on the journalization information input screen as the matching information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
