PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a hollow fiber membrane module, capable of producing a large number of hollow fiber membrane modules at high productivity, without treating the end-part of a hollow fiber membrane upon injecting a potting resin nor requiring a large scale device such as a centrifuge. SOLUTION: The method of producing a hollow fiber membrane module comprises dividing an inner space of a long cylindrical body 1 by a plurality of partition plates 3 into a plurality of spaces S1 to be filled with a potting resin and a plurality of spaces S2 not to be filled with a potting resin in such a manner that S1 and S2 are alternately disposed; filling each of the plurality of spaces S1 with an uncured potting resin 5 while keeping many long hollow fiber membranes 2 in an installed state in the long cylindrical body 1, until each extending from one end of the long cylindrical body 1 to the other end thereof to penetrate each of a plurality of insertion holes 32 disposed on each of the partition plates 3; curing the potting resin 5; subsequently removing the long cylindrical body 1; and cutting the cured bodies 5a of the potting resin 5 cured in each of the spaces S1 in a manner of forming a plurality of bundled members 51 to produce a plurality of bundled bodies of the hollow fiber membranes 2, each constituting, together with a case body, a module body, by a single operation of filling the spaces S1 with the potting resin 5.
