FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of cosmetology and represents method of obtaining emulsion cosmetic preparation, which includes step-by-step dispersion in solvent at room temperature of poorly soluble components, such as vegetable oil, emulsifier and biologically active substances of various origin, solid powder-like ingredients (sorbents or abrasives), components being introduced into installation with powerful hydroacoustic impact, in which performed are dispersion of components and cavitation homogenisation of emulsion with further packing, different because mode of acoustic cavitation is formed due to double resonance effect inside flow mechanical oscillatory system-canal of rectangular section of final length, on opposite sides of which in in-phase manner realised is generation of acoustic fluctuations with formation of standing wave at frequency of main harmonic for specified wall of canal, which in their turn form in clearance between canal walls quasiflat standing wave in moving multi-phase medium, which consists of mixed ingredients, width of canal clearance h is selected multiple to one fourth of wavelength excited in said multiphase medium by canal walls, amplitude of canal wall fluctuations being selected optimal for various stages of emulsion preparation and increases threshold of acoustic cavitation for said processed moving multiphase medium. ^ EFFECT: obtaining of small size of dispersive oil phase and high level of homogeneity of the emulsion. ^ 1 tbl, 9 dwg |
