METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR USING SERVICE OF HOME NETWORK DEVICE BASED ON REMOTE ACCESS

PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for using a home network service device is provided to enable a client to use the home network service without equipping whole user interface for each UPnP(Universal Plug and Play) device service. CONSTITUTION: A searcher(310) receives service information from a first server of a home network which relays a remote access of a UPnP device client. A client part(320) transmits the service information to a second service which manages one or more user interface in order to perform remote access. The client part receives the user interface for using the service from the second server. The client part transmits an UPnP action request related with the service based on the received user interface to the first server.
