PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid filled type vibration control device of a new structure which demonstrates a vibration control effect based on fluid flow action to any of vibration in an axial direction and any vibration in an axially orthogonal direction without being enlarged in the axial direction and which secures sufficient durability even when a static load in the axial direction is applied. SOLUTION: A central recessed portion 34 and a pair of outer circumferential pockets 36a, 36b, any of which opens to the axial end surface at the large diameter side, are formed on a rubber elastic body 16 of roughly a circular truncated cone shape. A first main fluid chamber 84 is formed using the central recessed portion 34, while a second main fluid chamber 88 and a third main fluid chamber 90 are formed using a pair of outer circumferential pockets 36a, 36b. The main fluid chambers 84, 88, 90 overlap with each other by projection in axially perpendicular direction. An elastic bulkhead portion 38, which separates the first main fluid chamber 84, the second main fluid chamber 88, and the third main fluid chamber 90, is connected to a first attachment member 12 in the axially orthogonal direction by a connecting rubber part 116 of the rubber elastic body 16.
