A method for receiving a broadcasting signal according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises the following steps: receiving a broadcasting signal which includes a transmission frame for transmitting a broadcasting service, wherein the transmission frame includes a plurality of Physical Layer Pipes (PLP) which include a base layer and an enhancement layer of the broadcasting service and a preamble, the preamble includes a first signaling information, the plurality of PLPs include a second signaling information and a third signaling information; decoding the first signaling information which is included in the preamble; decoding the second signaling information; decoding the PLP which includes the third signaling information using the decoded second signaling information; and selectively decoding the plurality of PLPs using the third signaling information.
