PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel bearing structure excelling in maintenance inspection property and reducible in unspring weight and manufacturing cost while preventing the occurrence of noise in bearing rotation by improving positioning and fixing accuracy to a vehicle body side housing while using the inner diameter shape of the housing as it is. SOLUTION: The wheel bearing structure includes a pair of standstill rings (outer rings) 5a, 5b fixed to the vehicle body side housing (a suspension device (knuckle) 13) and always maintained in a non-rotating state, and a pair of rotating rings (inner rings) 3a, 3b provided inside the pair of outer rings so as to face them respectively, and connected to a wheel and rotated together. The pair of outer rings are arranged with their back faces 5as, 5bs facing each other and combined in a state of holding a snap ring 25 fixed to the vehicle body side housing between the back faces.
