<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a compact size of a catch means by providing a cam for pressurizing a latch. <P>SOLUTION: A fixing device of a seat includes: a striker 4 fixed to a vehicle body; and a catch means 5 which is provided at a seat back and catches the striker 4. The catch means 5 includes: a base plate 6; first fitting portions 7a, 8a which are formed in the base plate 6, to/from which the striker 4 gets in and out; the latch 10 which is provided in the base plate 6 through a latch shaft 9, is biased toward a lock release position, and has a second fitting portion 10a; a lock plate 12 which is provided in the base plate 6 through a lock shaft 11, and is biased toward a restriction position; a projection part 10c which is projectively formed in the latch 10 in an axial direction; a cam 14 which is provided at a lock shaft 11, and pressurizes the latch 10 to a lock position; an operation part 12c which is formed so as to unlock the lock plate 12; and a pressuring part 12d which is formed in the lock plate 12, and rotates the cam 14 to a lock release transition position by pressurizing the same to an anti-pressurization direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
