PURPOSE: A touch panel sensor equipped with a diffused reflective layer is provided to minimize the limit of a touch panel sensor space due to the increase of a resistance value. CONSTITUTION: A transparent electrode(130) of the wide width is arranged on the top of a display unit. A minute metal electrode(140) is formed in metal material having low resistance value. A diffused reflection layer(122) is arranged to be contiguous to the metal electrode. The transparent electrode and the metal electrode are respectively formed in the substrate. |
