<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for enabling redifferentiation and regeneration from callus to a plant body by using a few kinds of plant growth regulators. <P>SOLUTION: The tissue culture of a Jatropha plant is performed by steps comprising a step for forming a shoot in an MS medium solely containing 0.05-0.6 mg/L, preferably 0.5 mg/L IBA and 1.5-3.5 mg/L, preferably 2 mg/L or 3 mg/L BA as plant growth regulators, a step for elongating the shoot by transplanting the formed shoot to an MS medium solely containing 1.5-3.5 mg/L, preferably 2 mg/L BA as a plant growth regulator, and a step for rooting by transplanting the elongated shoot to a 1/2 MS medium containing 0.1-0.5 mg/L, preferably 0.1 mg/L IBA as a plant growth regulator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
