The structure (1) has an outer longitudinal beam (3) running in an area before a front wall (4) of a passenger compartment (7) and stiffened in the area before the front wall of the compartment by a longitudinal beam strengthening element (5). The front wall is controlled in to a passenger space-side bottom portion (6) and forms an inner longitudinal beam (8). The longitudinal beam strengthening element is integrally formed in a lower region by the front wall of the compartment. A floor plate (13) is made of aluminum material and connected with the inner longitudinal beam.
