PURPOSE: A fluid treatment apparatus for pipe arrangement is provided to prevent rust and scale generation in a pipe, thereby easily manufacturing and installing with a simple structure and effectively sterilizing bio bacteria existing in the fluid flowing in the pipe. CONSTITUTION: A pipe structure including a sterilizing function is installed in a pipe and passage in the pipe and comprises a thin film type piezoelectric element(10). The thin film type piezoelectric element leaks a current generated by a vibration according to a fluid direction to the fluid. The thin film type piezoelectric element is arranged in order to be projected within the pipe. The thin film type piezoelectric element is formed in a doughnut on a plate shape.
