PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily separable pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet and an easily separable pressure-sensitive adhesive tape. SOLUTION: This easily separable pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 1 contains a side chain crystalline polymer, and is reduced in pressure-sensitive adhesive force at a temperature lower than a melting point of the side chain crystalline polymer, and at least one part of one face 2 is coated with a non-pressure-sensitive adhesive film 3. This easily separable pressure-sensitive adhesive tape includes a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, on at least one face of a base material film, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer contains the side chain crystalline polymer and gets low in the pressure-sensitive adhesive force at the temperature lower than the melting point of the side chain crystalline polymer, or contains a pressure-sensitive adhesive and the side chain crystalline polymer and gets low in the pressure-sensitive adhesive force at the temperature or higher of the melting point of the side chain crystalline polymer, and one part of a surface thereof is coated with the non-pressure-sensitive adhesive film.
