PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily move and replace a folding streak forming roller in a streak forming apparatus by reducing the capacity of the roller. SOLUTION: In the streak forming apparatus 5 of the square-bottomed bag manufacturing machine having folding streak forming roller parts 100, 100' inserted into bag paper before folding folding streaks L<SB>4</SB>, L<SB>4</SB>' for folding back one face side of a paper cylinder at the square bottom part, the folding streak forming roller parts are formed of a roller pair 100b for making a folding line serving as a trough folding in one face side of the cylindrically formed bag paper, and a roller pair 100a for making a folding line serving as a crest folding in a gusset part of the other face side of the cylindrically formed bag paper. The respective roller pairs are composed of a plurality of flanges 102a-102f, 102a'-102f', F attached to a shaft separately in the shaft direction. On one of the roller pairs, streak forming blades 103, 106, and on the other, blade receivers 104, 105 receiving the streak forming blades, are stretched and fixed in the shaft direction to the outer peripheral parts of the flanges composing the rollers respectively.
