PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating composition difficult to paste bills, easily removable of the bills even when the bills are pasted, and having practical durability. SOLUTION: This coating composition for preventing bill pasting contains (A) 10-36 mass% of solid oil and fat, and (B) 64-90 mass% of modified silicone (wherein total of (A) the solid oil and fat, and (B) the modified silicone is 100 mass%). The coating composition of the invention has satisfactory close contact onto an object, has surface characteristics such as difficult adhesiveness and easy separability of the pasted bills, and forms the coating film of high durability.
