The training mode and preparation of stadium stewards includes presentation, operation of acquirement of knowledge, skill and habit with participation of trainees in the creative process of cognitive activity and reinforcement of teaching material. After the presentation the familiarization is conducted of trainees with basic normative legal documents, then they put them up to working peculiarities and form initial habits of steward job in various zones of responsibility, develop communicative and administerial ability. |
