<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion molding apparatus which enables manufacturing of a molded body without causing deformation of a cut surface or blockage of a hollow part or its opening, and to provide a method for manufacturing of a molded body using the apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The extrusion molding apparatus is provided with a cutting device which has a die having an extrusion hole 303 through which a molding material is extruded and a wire rod 505 tacked across nearly parallel to the surface having the openings 304 of the extrusion holes in the die, and which cuts the extruded molding material by the wire rod 505 cutting across on the opening 304. The surface having the opening 304 of the extrusion hole in the die has a first region 301 including the opening 304, and a second region 302 which is a region adjacent to the first region 301 and arranged in the front of the advancing direction of the wire rod 505 to the first region 301, the height of the surface in the second region 302 is lower than that in the first region 301.
