<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for removing phosphate in waste oil and a treating system for waste oil containing PCB. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided a feed tank 14 feeding a predetermined amount of waste oil 13 containing phosphate 12, a mixing tank 18 provided with stirring means 17 for mixing the fed waste oil 13 with water 16 from a water feed tank 15, an emulsion means 20 for making emulsion 19 by feeding the waste oil 13 mixed with the water 16, a warming part 21 warming the emulsion means 20 at a predetermined temperature, an analyzer 22 analyzing phosphorus (P) or phosphoric acid (H<SB>3</SB>PO<SB>4</SB>) in the emulsion 19, a circulation line L<SB>4</SB>returning the emulsion 19 to the mixing tank 18, a standing tank 25 making the emulsion 19 stand based on the result of the analyzer 22 and separating an oil layer 23 from a water layer 24, a filter 26 removing the solid content in the oil layer 23, a storage tank 28 storing treated oil 27 in which the phosphate 12 after passing the filter 26 is removed, and a waste water treating part 29 removing the phosphate in the water layer 24. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
