PURPOSE: A foot fomentation pack is provided to enable a user to easily control the size of the fomentation pack regardless of the size of a foot. CONSTITUTION: A foot fomentation pack is constituted as follows. The foot fomentation pack is made of fibers consisting of an outer layer(10a) and an inner layer(10b). The heel of the fiber can be opened by dividing the heel. Each extension part is prepared by extending openable both ends of the fiber. In the side(13) of the extension part and each extension part, a Velcro tape is attached in order to control the length of the fiber. A heating element(15) is filled between the outer layer and inner layer.
