PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a wheel from being damaged by the lower end of a suspending member that constitutes a foreign matter-removing device. SOLUTION: A roller 22 is rotatably provided on the lower end side of a rod-like body 20 that constitutes the foreign matter-removing device 13. When a vehicle body 2 swings from side to side, such as when traveling on a bumpy road surface, a ferrule 21, provided on the lower end of the rod-like body 20, does not come in contact with the side surfaces of both outer and inner tires 10A, 10B. Instead, the outer circumferential surface of the roller 22 comes in contact. This results in preventing the side surfaces of both the outer and inner tires 10A, 10B from being damaged by the ferrule 21 provided on the lower end of the rod-like body 20.
