<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for differentiating and converting body tissue, which may be used for producing a cell of specialized type and is necessary for regenerating an organ or a body part after cell degeneration, injury or cut. <P>SOLUTION: A method includes: (a) a step of producing a dedifferentiated cell by contacting an effective amount of an agent for dedifferentiating a cell with a cell; (b) a step of contacting a dedifferentiated cell with an effective amount of an agent for differentiating and converting the dedifferentiated cell; (c) a step of contacting the cell of the step (b) with an effective amount of an agent for stabilizing the cell produced in the step (b); and (d) a step of recovering a stabilized, differentiated and converted cell. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
