PURPOSE: A heat reflection double layer panel is provided to have space-utilization value as an interior material reducing volume 5 times, and to easily fit the double panel in the window frame. CONSTITUTION: The heat reflection double layer panel includes a heat reflection plate; a filler block; and a drying and wetting agent. The heat reflection plate(20,20a) attaches to an aluminium foil or a sheet to the single-side of surface materials(21,21a) with a heat reflective material(23) as adhesive. The filler block(30) forms an air layer between two heat reflection plates and enlarges a flexural strength of the heat reflection plate. The filler block is put in the edge of the heat reflection plate and absorbs moisture of the air layer.
