A device and a method for realizing the switch between active and standby services are disclosed, for a communication apparatus with an active master control board and a standby master control board, when the filtered active signal obtained by sampling and filtering the active signal of the active master control board is invalid, and if the active signal of the active master control board become invalid from validness at the arrival time of the last sampling period, the control signal of the active master control board is determined to be invalid, and the control signal of the standby master control board is forced to be valid, and the standby master control board is used as the active master control board. The method can realize the rapid switch of service data and management data, decrease the switch time for switch the active and standby services to be nanosecond level, reduce the error and loss of the service data and management data during the switch process, and improve the stability and reliability of the system. |
