<p>PURPOSE: A method for extracting a characterized relating pattern used for identifying a target class from microarray data is provided to effectively extract gene expression pattern information. CONSTITUTION: A method for extracting a characterized relating pattern used for identifying a class from microarray data comprises: a step of changing the microarray data into character corresponding to increased expression, suppressed expression, and neutral expression to generate characterized microarray data; a step of constituting an initial candidate expression pattern group; a step of evaluating support level and reliability of the candidate expression pattern and determining determined expression pattern group; and a step of accumulating and managing finally determined pattern group.</p> |
